  27. Quite frankly, the whole HCL thing is pretty damn meaningless as far as I'm
  28. concerned. Until recently, hardly any systems were on it because the jerks
  29. at Microsoft wanted each manufacter to give them 5 units of each system to
  30. be qualified. Not only were the systems not returned to the manufacturer,
  31. but the word on the street is they were sold off internally to Microsoft
  32. employees. Since this scam was halted, now only one unit need be sent and
  33. it is returned when finished. That is why you are suddenly seeing so many
  34. systems just now getting qualified.
